Rafael Eguilior
Rafael Eguilior was born in Havana, Cuba and has lived in Miami, Florida since childhood. He studied architecture at the University of Miami and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree In Architecture in 1979. He became a registered architect in the State of Florida in 1982 and a State Certified General Contractor in 1987. He also holds a LEED AP certification.

Over his extensive career, Mr. Eguilior has been responsible for the design and construction administration of projects totaling over $1B in construction costs. Among the more recent projects he oversaw as Senior Project Manager and Senior Associate at the award winning firm of NBWW, where he worked for a total of 17 years, are Metropolitan Miami, a project located in the heart of downtown Miami and which includes Met 1 (complete), a 40 story mixed-use building containing retail & office space on the first 2 floors and 447 luxury condominium units in the tower; Met 2, nearing completion, which contains a 48 story, 750,000 sq. ft. class “A” office building with a LEED Gold rating which shares a 19 story podium with a 42 story hotel tower containing 326 luxury guestrooms. Mr. Eguilior was also the Project Manager for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Towers in Coconut Grove and the Ritz-Carlton DiLido in South Miami Beach. Previously, he was also the Head of Development for Equity One, a NYSE company and owned his own architecture and construction firms, where he worked extensively designing and building custom single family homes as well as additions and renovations of existing homes.

Adela Pierson - Eguilior
Adela Pierson - Eguilior studied architecture at the University of Miami and graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Architecture. Mrs. Pierson-Eguilior became a registered architect in the State of Florida in 1996 . She is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Having practiced Architecture over 20 years, her experience includes design, development and project management in areas such as single and multifamily residential, hospitality and commercial projects.

She developed and designed the Bolonia Townhouse Project and has designed and renovated several single family residences in Miami. While working for NBWW Architects she was involved in the design of Metropolitan Miami Project , Toscana condominium highrise and Marmol Export Office building among numerous other projects.
